Hey all,
We wanted to give a more thorough update since it has been some time since our last blog post and it is difficult to convey the situation through popups or product descriptions.
The political landscape since the beginning of 2025 has caused considerable difficulty in sourcing many of our products. This has been an industry wide issue and we have spent countless hours and funds to resolve the issue and find suitable ways to receive regular inventory shipments. Thankfully we have found new suppliers that fit our quality requirements, and new routes and methods in which to begin receiving more inventory safely. Unfortunately however, it will take some time to get into a cycle that will keep us stocked 24/7 again. We expect this to take up to a month or two at most, but we are working diligently to shorten this timeframe any way we can. We have extremely high demand for many of our products, and lately any shipments we are able to receive are sold within 24-48 hours. We are now getting into a routine where the amount of time we are out of stock will be lower and lower until we can hopefully keep inventory at all times. We will also begin stocking Sulfate again as well, which many customers have been asking for. We have not had Sulfate in some time because Sodium is our most popular product and has taken priority while we navigate all of the new issues that our market is dealing with. Now that we have found a suitable solution, we will be able to start stocking Sulfate again. We are hoping to have our first new batch of Sulfate within the next two to three weeks. We will have more Sodium available mid-week this week (5/25-5/31).
We are so absolutely thankful to our customers for continuing to support us and work with us through what has been the most difficult time in our market since we started and being so patient and understanding. We hope that through our updates and blog posts that it shows we are constantly working to resolve any issues that arise for the benefit of our customers. We will continue to provide updates as regularly as possible.
Thanks,
Chris
