USA Lab 2L Thermal Shield
The USA Lab 2L Thermal Shield combines safety, durability, and affordability, making it an essential accessory for distillation. Designed to insulate and protect, the shield helps maintain stable internal flask temperatures while safeguarding against falling objects, thermal stress, and even potential flask implosions under high vacuum conditions.
Constructed from 96%+ SiO₂ glass fiber cloth with a dual-sided liquid silicone insulating fabric reinforced with glass fiber, the shield delivers reliable protection and premium insulation at temperatures up to 650°C. In addition, the material is fully non-conductive, ensuring a safe barrier around your flask.
The 2L Thermal Shield is compatible with both single-neck and dual-neck 2L flasks, offering versatile use in laboratory setups.
